Quick Start Guide

Get up and running with Collections Manager in four simple steps.

Step 1
Create your first collection

Navigate to "Create Collection" and give it a name, description, and type. Collections are the foundation of everything.

Step 2
Add items to your collection

Use the "Add Items" button inside any collection to add individual items or bulk-upload from a spreadsheet.

Step 3
Invite collaborators

Share your collection with team members by assigning roles like Viewer, Editor, or Admin from the Members tab.

Step 4
Organize with hierarchy

Nest collections inside other collections to create a tree structure. Use drag-and-drop or the "Move" action.

Members & Roles

Collaborate with others by adding members with specific roles: Viewer (read-only), Editor (modify), or Admin (full control).

Hierarchy

Nest collections within other collections to build tree structures. Parent collections can contain unlimited sub-collections.

Associations

Link related collections together with typed associations. Create cross-references and discover related content easily.
